Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to make ordering your book as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for information about delivery, processing times and returns.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Delivery within the UK
We currently offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch, where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather or busy seasonal periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly advertised on our website and applied according to the relevant offer terms.
International Shipping
At present, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are interested in ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available delivery options and any additional costs.
Lost or Delayed Orders

We will do our best to investigate the delay and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We take great care to ensure that every book is packaged securely before dispatch.
If your book arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book, in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.
